Born into a family of musicians and originally from Guadeloupe, Jérôme Castry is passionate about his craft. This drummer began performing on stage in 1994, playing in various clubs with his father, joining the Regional Federation of Guadeloupe led by Mr. Roger Joseph, participating in the “Orchestrades de la Caraïbe,” and becoming part of the Guadeloupe Big Band Jazz Biguine. He was only 13 years old at the time. Fully devoted to his art and deeply connected to his Guadeloupean roots, Jérôme is part of a generation of musicians worth hearing and listening to—one that continues to surprise and impress us.
